We provide communications training - open courses that you can book onto as well as courses held at your own premises and tailored to the specific needs of your staff. Each course is supported by a manual and all participants can access free advice and support after the course to help them in putting their knowledge and skills into practice.

Tailored training

Looking for a specific training course that you haven’t found? We can develop a course to suit, or tailor current courses for different needs. We work with you to agree the objectives and then prepare the course accordingly. Courses can be run at your premises or at another location convenient for staff.

We can also provide on the job coaching and training – to aid staff in improving their communication skills. That can include face-to-face support as well as support by phone and email.

Our coaching sessions are available in small groups or for individuals.
